These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Soul Synergy, including 1:1 sessions, group programs, workshops, team sessions, corporate services, digital resources, and all related communications. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Soul Synergy service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

Soul Synergy provides Human Design–based guidance, education, and consulting services intended to support personal growth, leadership development, team dynamics, and professional alignment.

All services and information provided by Soul Synergy are intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, therapeutic, or professional advice.

3. Service Disclaimer

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from Soul Synergy.

Information provided by Safiah of Soul Synergy is intended for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice. No guarantees are offered regarding specific outcomes, results, or experiences, and all sales are final.

Human Design is a system for self-awareness and personal growth that can provide insight into your unique nature. However, the results you experience will depend on your individual circumstances, interpretation of the information provided, and your willingness to apply and integrate what you learn.

Creating greater alignment, clarity, and authenticity within your leadership, business, career, or personal life requires ongoing self-awareness, commitment, and practice. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for how you choose to apply any insights, guidance, or recommendations received through Soul Synergy services.

The Human Design system is offered as a tool for self-discovery and personal development only. It is not intended to guarantee specific results or outcomes in your business, career, finances, relationships, health, or personal life.

By submitting any booking, enquiry, or service form through Soul Synergy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and the Terms of Service in full.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Soul Synergy, each session and program is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a supportive and personalised experience. Please review the following policy before booking:

1:1 Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable and unable to be rescheduled.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows will be considered forfeited.

Programs & Packages (Business by Design) Sessions

  • Due to the commitment and preparation involved, payments for multi-session programs and packages are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session within a program, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule where possible.

Team Synergy Sessions

  • Team or corporate bookings require a minimum of 5 business days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee depending on the preparation and scheduling involved.

General

  • In the unlikely event that Soul Synergy needs to reschedule a session, an alternative date will be arranged as soon as possible.

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy outlined above.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation following any session or program. While Soul Synergy provides insight, guidance, and recommendations, outcomes will vary based on individual circumstances and participation.

Clients are encouraged to approach all sessions with openness, honesty, and personal responsibility.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All personal information, Human Design data, business information, and discussions shared during sessions or programs will be treated as confidential.

Soul Synergy agrees not to disclose, share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties unless:

• Required by law

• Explicit written consent has been provided by the client

• Disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or illegal activity

Clients also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants in any group sessions, workshops, or programs.

7. Collection & Use of Information

To provide services effectively, Soul Synergy may collect personal information including:

  • Name and contact details

  • Birth information required for Human Design charts

  • Business or professional information shared voluntarily

  • Booking and payment information

This information is used solely for:

  • Delivering booked services

  • Creating Human Design charts and reports

  • Communication regarding bookings, sessions, and programs

  • Improving the client experience

Client information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Payments

All services must be paid for in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time. Existing bookings or active agreements will not be affected by future pricing changes.

All sales are final.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

By booking a service, clients agree to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlined on the website.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Soul Synergy, including written reports, resources, recordings, frameworks, workshop materials, and session content, remain the intellectual property of Soul Synergy unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Session Recordings

Where applicable, Zoom sessions may be recorded and shared with clients for personal reference only. These recordings may not be distributed, reproduced, published, or shared publicly without written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Soul Synergy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes resulting from the use of services, information, or recommendations provided.

By participating in services, clients acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken following sessions remain their personal responsibility.

13. Amendments

Soul Synergy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
